About this spot
The Achterwasser is a sheltered lagoon behind Usedom island, offering some of the flattest water in Germany for kiteboarding. Very shallow depths and consistent thermal winds in summer make it ideal for beginners and freestylers. Multiple access points along the lagoon shore.
