About this spot
The Bassin d'Arcachon is a large tidal lagoon south of Bordeaux offering flat to choppy conditions depending on the tide and wind direction. Various beaches around the bay including La Teste-de-Buch and Andernos-les-Bains are used for kitesurfing. The bay is well suited to beginners and intermediate riders.
